How to Join ExtraCare CVS Card
- To join you must Sign in extracare login CVS.
- Once logged in go to cvs.com/extracare/home and click «Join ExtraCare now» or go directly to www.cvs.com/extracare/new-card.
- You will get access to fill in the fields:
- Enter First name ( this is a required field)
- Your Last name (this is a mandatory field)
- Email Address.
- Phone Type (Mobile or Home)
- Phone Number
- Click on «Get an Extra Care Card».
- You will need to Link your Extracare® card. Go to www.cvs.com/extracare/managecard
- Enter your Card Number in the first field (under the barcode) and your Last Name in the second and click «Link card».
Important! If you get the message «We're having a technical issue» then try to order the card later!
You'll be able to see your ExtraCare balances, and redeem and earn Extrabucks® online.
